The Lehi City Power Generation Plant is a 62,353-square-foot facility designed to meet the growing energy demands of the City of Lehi. Replacing a much smaller metal structure, this new tilt-up concrete building delivers durability, efficiency, and architectural impact.
The facility includes extensive mechanical systems across office and industrial areas—featuring rooftop units, exhaust fans, evaporative coolers, and gas detection systems. Hughes General Contractors led the construction of the storage and office areas, partnering with Wheeler Machinery to build the generator zone housing Caterpillar equipment.
This project showcases how tilt-up construction can elevate industrial architecture, providing a robust and visually striking solution for essential municipal infrastructure.
