Now under construction, the Kane County Hospital Outpatient Services Building is a 36,800-square-foot expansion designed to bring more comprehensive, specialized care closer to patients in southern Utah and the surrounding region. Located adjacent to the existing hospital, the new facility will expand access to outpatient surgery, physical therapy, dialysis, infusion and chemotherapy services, sleep studies, and other essential clinical care.
The building will bring these services together in a modern, patient-focused environment while also providing dedicated space for hospital administration and operational support. A 5,000-square-foot shell space on the third floor is incorporated into the design, giving the hospital flexibility to add programs and services as community healthcare needs continue to evolve.
Built with long-term growth in mind, this important expansion represents a meaningful investment in the region’s healthcare infrastructure. Upon completion, the facility will help reduce the need for patients to travel long distances for specialized treatment while supporting Kane County Hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality, accessible care well into the future.
