Red Rock Brewery hired Hughes to construct four facilities and restaurants around Salt Lake and Summit Counties. The Red Rock Brewery facility at 443 North 400 West in downtown Salt Lake City houses the main production for the Red Rock line and is where all of their high-point bottled beer is produced.

The Red Rock Brewery facility at 254 South and 200 West is an update of a renovated dairy warehouse. Unique from other Red Rock locations, this facility also includes an in-house brewery portion, allowing customers the freshest stock available.

Hughes also constructed Red Rock Brewery restaurants in Park City and within Fashion Place Mall in Murray.
