The Bountiful Elementary School replacement provides Davis School District with a modern learning environment designed to serve generations of students in the heart of Bountiful. The approximately 90,000-square-foot facility brings administrative offices, classrooms, shared learning areas, and welcoming common spaces together within a campus planned for contemporary elementary education.
Constructed beside the existing school, the new building allowed classes and daily operations to continue while the replacement took shape. Careful sequencing, secure construction boundaries, and close coordination with the district helped protect students and staff while maintaining progress on a tight site and an accelerated design schedule.
Once the new school was ready, teachers transitioned into the completed facility and the aging building was removed to make way for the next phase of the campus. Delivered on schedule and below budget, the project replaces a longtime neighborhood school with a flexible, student-centered setting that carries Bountiful Elementary’s proud community legacy into the future.
